In order for your project to be considered as a project the Reading Blue Mountain & Northern Railroad would allow to occur on our property, the following form must be completely filled out and submitted. Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance nor shall it be construed as permission to enter railroad property at any time or to proceed with construction.

Railroad reserves right to reject the request for any reason at any time.

Give full details of the proposed work. Explain what project is to be done, how it will be done, type of pipe, casing wire, voltage, length, width, etc. Explain how you will gain access, and the type of equipment to be used.

Are you willing to enter into a lease agreement for this utility occupation or crossing project? Yes No

How you intend to guarantee Reading & Northern Real Estate Company (Lessor) that you will pay for your lease on-time and on an annual basis?

All approved projects are subject to payment of a $10,000.00 Cash Deposit. Upon completion and final inspection of the project, providing no damage has been done to the rail bed, tracks, or railroad property, the Cash Deposit will be refunded.
